Introduction of Citoe
CITOE is a Dutch organization especially founded to improve the trading in Asian laboratory equipment from several manufactures into the European market.
Citoe has had, in most cases, a big input in design and quality, as well as, above all in the necessary paperwork. Citoe acts also as the European agent for these Asian manufacturers by promoting their products through distributors under the name of these manufacturers.
Our goal with our partners in Asia is to produce and sell high quality products for the European market against a reasonable price. All products are imported in Europe by us and we provide a Quality test - the CQ certificate - before it is sold to the European Market.This CQ-certificate provides the warranty that the product is tested and certified with the highest quality demands for the European market. Only equipment that passes this test will be distributed in Europe and gives the quarantee that the product is according European regulations.
Our warehouse is located in The Netherlands, nearby Rotterdam, the largest European harbour and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol - known as a main port to Europe. We work closely with several forwarders, so therefore assured, that the transport from China into Europe will be safe and secure.
Furthermore our staff has brought the necessary paperwork up to the high level, demands and user expectations that we have in Europe. That means that manuals, maintenance prescriptions, IQ/OQ papers and spare parts lists etcetra meet the European Standards.

The skilled engineers in mechanics, electronics and refrigeration of Citoe have been involved with the development of most units that we import from China. Also we are capable to assess if the present state of the equipment is technically up-to-date and safe to use. So, in combination with the European CE mark, our distributors have the warranty that instruments with our CQ certificate imported by Citoe into Europe are of the best quality.
We also take care of all the paperwork and transport for importing these products into Europe.
